1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1. Design Services:
Clients have the right to cancel design services within 24 hours of placing the order. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com.
1.2. Work in Progress:
If the design work has already commenced, a cancellation fee may be applicable based on the work completed. The cancellation fee will be communicated to the client before processing.
1.3. Digital Products:
Cancellations for digital products are not possible once the download link has been provided.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1. Design Services:
Refunds for design services are processed based on the stage of completion. If the cancellation occurs within the initial stages, a full or partial refund may be applicable. Refunds are not applicable once the final design has been delivered.
2.2. Quality Concerns:
If you are dissatisfied with the delivered design due to quality concerns, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the final design. We will review the concerns and, if validated, may offer a revision or a refund.
2.3. Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been provided.
